In a case that generated world wide attention, a man has been charged with 2nd degreee murder in a death of a #Korean American pushed onto the New York subway tracks and into an oncoming train, reports KBS
Naeme Davis is charged in the death of Han Ki-suk. Davis says the two had gotten into an argument and that Han had first harassed him.
The incident went viral on the internet because a freelance photographer shot a series of pictures of the whole incident rather than trying to stop it. Several bystanders also watch as Han struggled to get up from off the tracks, but didn’t offer to help him.
