A Chinese American newborn with down syndrome is in desperate need of being adopted, reports the Examiner
Deming was born in California on November 17 to a mother from China who came to the United States to give birth because of China’s one child policy. It is illegal in China for the mother to bring the boy back to China with her.
The mother will be returning January 11 and the Second Chance Adoption agency says its important the boy find adoptive parents immediately to avoid the trauma of being moved from home to home.
