Bleacher Report pieced together information using tweets from various sources after Jeremy Lin collided diving for a ball in tonight’s win against the Milwaukee Bucks . Blood dripped down Lin’s face and he had to temporarily leave the game to get stitches. Lin did return in time to end the third quarter and start the fourth. So he appears OK. But head injuries are serious. It wouldn’t be the first time a player returned to the game after being hurt, only to sit out games later because of injury. If Lin misses any time from the Rockets, it would hurt the team just as it is playing the next 8 out of ten games on the road. The Rockets haven’t been much of a road team this season, and their chances would take a hit without Lin.
