ESPN: @Jlin7 Scores 20 in @HoustonRockets win over @Cavs

posted by Randall

Basketball Chalk BoardShowing no apparent affects from a head injury sustained Friday night, Jeremy Lin scored 20 points including 3 out of five treys as the Houston Rockets won their fourth straight, this time over the Cleveland Cavaliers  112- 104. James Harden lead the way with 29 points and made some timely shots in the fourth to help the Rockets pull away. This is one of the few times all season where both Lin and Harden scored above 20 in the same game. Despite that, the two are both in a groove and seem comfortable playing with each other. Their improved play coincided with the return of Coach Kevin McHale, who took a long one month leave of absence to care for his ill daughter until she eventually died. On Friday, Lin sustained a deep cut in his head and needed five stitches after colliding while diving for a loose ball. Lin came back in that game to finish it, showing the kid from Harvard not only has a brain, but a hard head to match.  Highlights and full recap on ESPN
