Boxing icon Manny Pacquiao denied reports he has Parkinsons, reports IBT.
The medical opinion was issued by a prominent doctor who admits he has not personally examined the boxer.
“The statements by the doctors show a total lack of ethics and it was irresponsible. This was just personal opinion and there were no medical tests,” Pacquiao said.
Dr Rustico Jimenez is president of the Private Hospitals Association of the Philippines. He told reporters in the Philippines that Pacquiao has showed early symptoms of Parkinsons, including a trembling hand. Some including Pacquiao’s family, have urged him to retir.
