Emergency RoomA court in Chicago has approved the exhuming of the body of a million dollar lottery winner who died under mysterious circumstances. Urooj Khan, 46, died July 2012 a day after he collected a check for his $one million lottery winnings.

According to a report in IBN, the sister of Khan received a call at 4 in the morning from her brother’s home the day her brother died.

“I couldn’t understand what was happening,” she said. “I heard screaming, and that’s all. But I still don’t know who made that call. It’s hard for me to believe even now,” Meraj Khan said.

Urooj Khan’s wife cooked dinner for her husband the night before her husband died. She’s been questioned by police.

She denies she was involved in her husband’s death.

“It’s sad that I lost my husband,” Ansari told ABC News. “I love him and I miss him. That’s all I can say.”

The coroner says her husband died of cyanide poisoning.
