NBC’s Dateline aired a two hour episode Friday on the murder of Michelle Le. The special included exclusive video of the police interrogation of Giselle Esteban about Le’s disappearance. We also see surveillance video of Le in whats believed to be the day she was killed by Esteban who is now serving a 25 year to life prison term for the murder.
The family of Le gave Dateline incredible access. The pain and agony they endured is incomprehensible. They believed Le was alive until the very end when a search team found Le’s body. Le’s family feared the worst when an investigator suddenly left the command center without explaining why he had to leave. Turns out he was going to the scene of where the body was found.
