Perhaps no one this NBA this season has generated more debate than Jeremy Lin. Some say he even gets more press than the King, Lebron James, or Kobe Bryant. It’s tough to argue that all the attention on Lin is justified if you just look at his play. But the continuing fascination with his underdog story continues to draw media and fan attention.
Blogger Dan Favale of the Bleacher Report admits he isn’t much of a Lin fan. His latest blog slams Lin, pointing out his slow start, but failing to update the story line to show how the Houston Rockets have prospered of late due to Lin’s improved play.
Favale gives all the credit for the Rockets success to Harden and he says its Harden who has covered up Lin’s weaknesses. Without Harden, Favale says, Lin would be the object of even more derision than he is now. What do you think? How would you evaluate Lin’s play this season to date.
