Maggie Q reflects on how far her character has gone in three seasons on the hit WB show, Nikita. The actress told USA Today fans are truly vested in her character, having watched her go from fighting a government agency that took her off death row and trained her to now actually running that agency. She says the remainder of season 3 will be one of self discovery. Some of that will center around her relationship with Michael.
“You do create something with the hope of affecting people,” said Q. “I remember watching my favorite show when I was young there being a couple I really liked and really rooting for, so it’s really cool to be on the other side of that.”
As for if they’ll be a fourth season. She says she would like the fourth season to be her last. The writers evolve every season with the mindset of wrapping it up at the end of the season because you never know when the end will come, but she thinks Nikita can’t end in just three seasons and end it in a way fans would want it to end. She thinks a fourth season would be ideal and give the series enough time to wrap things up the right way.
