Despite a team high 22 points from Jeremy Lin, the Houston Rockets loss to the Denver Nuggets 118-110, reports ESPN. It was the Denver Nuggets fifth straight victory and the third time they beat Houston this season. The Rockets entered the game with a three game win streak of their own.
Lin was 8 for 15 from the field with five assists and only one turnover to go with his one steal.
“Our turnovers caught up to us. Our defensive deficiencies caught up to us,” Lin said. “They hit tough shots. They had eight 3-pointers the whole game and they probably had four or five in the fourth quarter. They just got hot and we were trying to play uphill and come back from there on out.”
