The Indian Medical Association of New England is planning the first mega Indian & South Asian Health Expo for April 27th. It will be held at the Marriott Hotel in Newton, Mass, reports the Ind US Business Journal.
The Expo will provide free health screenings including blood pressure and blood sugar checks. Attendees will also have the chance to “ask the expert” to get their pressing health questions answered.
“A very distinguished panel of speakers will address important health issues and current guidelines related to diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, women’s health, anti-aging and mind and body medicine related topics,” said Dr. Manju Sheth. “We will also have talks on yoga and Ayurveda and a very interesting segment on Indian diet.”
