Lin also lead his team with 28 points and 9 assists, reports ESPN.
The Golden State Warriors was the first team in the NBA to sign the Harvard point guard to a regular season contract. Lin was cut before the season began last year, and he eventually landed with the Rockets before being cut again. Lin then ended up in New York and is credited with leading the team to the playoffs. The Knicks chose not to resign Lin after the Rockets offered him a three year 25 million dollar contract.
Lin has made it a habit this season of destroying his former teams. He’s had two great games against the Knicks this season. He faces the Warriors again next Tuesday in Oakland for what the Warriors have declared Asian Heritage Night.
