Jeremy Lin of the Houston Rockets has been named to participate in the NBA Skills Challenge competition at the All Star game, reports SB Nation. Lin’s selection is not a surprise considering the game will be held in Houston. He missed being voted as a starter for the game by just 40,000 votes, placing third behind Chris Paul.
Last year during the height of Linsanity he played in the Rising Stars Challenge during All Star Weekend.
Lin will compete in the skills challenge against Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs, Jrue Holiday of the Philadelphia 76ers, the Pistons’ Brandon Knight, Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague, and Trail Blazers rookie Damian Lillard.
