Kimchi has become as mainstream in the United States as apple pie. That’s probably a bit exaggerated, but its fair to say kimchi is no longer the Kryptonite of American pallates.
It’s a taste that grows on you. This Chinese American used to hold his nose at kimchi. It wasn’t something I enjoyed. But somethings changed. Is it that I grew up. Or could it be that kimchi is trending. Its hot in more ways than one.
