Chinese American Fashion Designer Brandon Sun is one to watch. The 30-year-old up and comer featured a fall/winter line of somber tones and long silhouettes during New York Fashion Week, reported CNTV.
“What I really wanted to do was find some way to take my materials and reinterpret them in a way that shows, demonstrates a lot of movement,” said Sun to CNTV. “So for my furs I really, really sheared really, really low and I wanted to focus on mink because ’Blackglama’ has sponsored this collection. And with my fabrics I was really experimenting with a total flow by creating volume and creating a sort of tension with it.”
