MusicKorean American Vincent Ryu is asking for help to win the world’s largest student film festival ever, Campus MovieFest .  His music video “More Than The Other” is in the running in the wildcard division at his school Emory University and could win if it gets the most You Tube hits, reports Asian Week.

“We dealt with a genre that is commonly known as an area that Asians have difficulty in having success – hip hop. Both the composer, rapper, arranger, and singer are Korean Americans,” said Ryu who created the video with six friends. “I believe that this film is a great attempt for Asian Americans who don’t believe in boundaries. ”

A victory for Ryu would mean advancing to the Hollywood competition June 20-22.

To help him out, you must watch his video by March 27. You can see it in Asian Week.
