Bleacher Report: @Jlin7 Sans @Jharden13 Beat @LAClippers

LinsanityJeremy Lin proved his worth last night to the Houston Rockets. The Rockets with James Harden out with a soar right feet beat the Los Angeles Clippers 98 – 81. Lin was one of three players on the Rockets to score a team leading 15 points.

The victory kept the Rockets 2 1/2 games ahead of Los Angeles Lakers and Utah Jazz for the 7th spot in the Western Conference playoff race.

“If you look across the board, no one really did anything spectacular,” Lin said to ESPN. “But everybody played their role, did their jobs, and that’s what you need when you’re playing without your star player.”

The Clippers were playing their fourth game in five nights and their effort was blasted by head coach Del Negro.

But a blog in the Bleacher Report by Ryan Davenport gave much of the credit to Lin who played his best offensive game in a week.

Davenport called Lin “an ideal sidekick for Harden, the team’s unquestioned star. ” “If both can enter the playoffs firing on all cylinders,” Davenport wrote,  “they’ll be a very dangerous duo regardless of whom they play.”
