In a recent interview with Larry King, CBS news anchor and producer Julie Chen answers social media questions on her past love life and TV life on the daytime show The Talk.
Q: Do you regret any earlier decisions in your love life, and if it’s impacted your choices in life with partners? (Tamara Kern on Facebook)
Julie: No, I don’t have any regrets because you change and you become who you’re today because of past relationships, good or bad. We’ve all been in relationships where people know how to push your buttons, and they bring out different sides of you. My husband brings out the best in me. He makes me a better person. Whereas I learnt from other bad relationships that how I don’t want to be, who I don’t want to be as a human being or as a spouse.
Q: How long do you plan to stay on “The Talk”? (Carol Bireley on Facebook)
Julie: Great questions. You know I look at Barbara Waters. She is 83. As long as she is doing it, I’d love to beat that 15 year record. I hope she continues on. There is no reason why she shouldn’t.
