The second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing (seen here on the left) is in custody tonight after being holed up bloodied and injured in a boat in the backyard of man’s home, reports ABC News.
19-year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found in Watertown, MA by a homeowner who promptly called police.
Authorities took Tsarnaev into custody after a 90 minute standoff. He is said to be in serious condition.
Earlier Police surrounded and killed his brother (pictured on the right) after he and his brother robbed a 7-Eleven.

Earlier reports today had misidentified one of the suspects as an Indian American student from Brown University who has been missing for several weeks, according to NDTV.
The name of Sunil Tripathi (pictured here) suddenly began trending on twitter with many condemning the young man.
But NBC’s Pete Williams later reported that those reports were incorrect.
One twitter user quickly apologized. “Sunil “Sunny” Tripathi, 22, is still missing… I send my deepest regrets for falsely identifying him as a suspect,”
Tripathi has been missing since March 16 and family, friends and the FBI have been conducting a massive search for him.
