A symbol of international friendship will soon greet visitors to Brooklyn’s Chinatown, reports News 12.
The Friendship Archway is a gift from Beijing’s Chaoyang District. It will include nine roofs and four pillars and is patterned after those used in structures in Beijing dating back to imperial times.
It will be built on 8th Avenue near 64th Street.
