Police are asking for help finding a missing Norwich, CT woman, reports The Day
Jocelyn Butcher is a 5-foot 3-inch tall Pacific Islander weighing 150 pounds and having brown eyes. She also goes by the name of Jocelyn Velabutcher.
She was last seen a week ago wearing a blue shirt and grey sweatpants.
Authorities think she may have been headed towards Kingston, RI and driving a brown 1995 Subaru Legacy with CT registration 637WDL.
Police have not said if foul play is suspected or revealed the circumstance behind her disappearance.
