Sikh 24: SIkh Man Beaten with Steel Rod in Hate Crime in Fresno ht @TheAerogram @sepiamutiny

An elderly Sikh man has been beaten outside a Sikh temple in Fresno, CA with a steel rod.

Sihk 24 reports one suspect is in custody and the incident is being investigated as a hate crime.

It happened outside the Gurdwara Nanaksar where Piara Singh volunteers to perform daily chores.

He suffered severe head injuries and is said to be in critical condition.
