In Touch is reporting that publishers are falling all over themselves in the stampede to offer Ann Curry a lucrative contract to write a tell all book.
“The publishing industry is just dying to get their hands on Ann’s side of the story, and the figures being batted around are enormous,” says the source.
Her awkward goodbye to her fans on the set of Today and the icy demeanor between Matt Lauer and Curry sent the former number 1 morning network show spiraling.
Neither Today or Lauer have recovered since.

But not everyone thinks Curry should accept the offer.
KL Martinez in the Examiner.com writes: “It would be well for Curry not to give in to her vindictive side by agreeing to a lucrative book deal in order to tell her side of the story. This viewer holds Curry in high esteem and, should she go for the dough, that high esteem would quickly dwindle.”
