The next big push for diversity on corporate boards may come from the South Asian Amerixan community and the LGBT community, reports Crain.
“There are many more people like me. The South Asian community is putting down its philanthropic roots now.” said Adnaan Hamid who serves on the Goodman Theater Board.
Talking about Goodman, he says ““I noticed it was quite diverse in artistic direction, the board and the staff,” he says.
