Every true rom com fan of the Mindy Project wants to know. Will Mindy go along with her pastor boyfriend Casey on his mission to Haiti? What will happen with Danny who is just realizing that he also has feelings for Mindy.
E! caught up with writer and star Ike Barinholtz at the ATX Television Festival in Austin, Tex where he dished on some plot lines next season.
“I think a lot of people are wondering if she went there or not,” Barinholtz says. “I think it makes sense for her to be there, so we’re going to deal with that relationship; finding out if that’s still going to work.”
As for Danny, Barinholtz says changes are in store for the character.
“He might be living in another state,” he spills. “Not just physically, but also mentally.”
Barinholtz also talks about a possible romance between Danny and Mindy and what’s in store for his own character Morgan Tookers on  E!.
