How much of this is real and how much of this is just talk to smooth over egos in case a deal falls through is unknown right now.

But Rocket General Manager Daryl Morey is denying that Jeremy Lin and Omer Asik are on the trading block.

In an interview with Clutch Fans, he said  “Dwight is excited to play with Omer and Jeremy. He’s seen the rumors. Dwight likes that the ROX (Rockets) are team China and likes that Jeremy attacks as a guard. He likes Omer.”

He says the Rockets are not “looking to move either.”

Morey says the number 1 concern right now is for the Rockets to sign Dwight Howard.
