Comic Book Therapy predicts Ming-Na Wen to be quite a butt kicker in the upcoming much anticipated series, Marvel’s Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. The show has created a lot of buzz and industry insiders predict it will be one of the new hits of the fall season.
Wen who was a series regular on the long running hit, ER and played the voice of Mulan in the Disney animated classic is set to play agent Melinda May in the new series.
“From what I gather, she has a lot of damage. She’s a damaged soul,” Wen said about her character. “I think she’s definitely one of the more seasoned experienced agents.
“I think for the die hard fans who know Josh Wheadon’s work in the Marvel series, all the movies, I think they will have certain expectations which we will be able to deliver as far as some humor, as far as the camaraderie of the characters, and the action.
