Deadline is reporting that director Justin Lin of “Fast & Furious” fame is teaming up with Bruno Wu’s Seven Stars Studios on a new Bruce Lee TV drama.
It will be the first TV project from Perfect Storm Entertainment and will be based on writing from the legendary late martial artist screen star.
Not many details have been released on the one hour drama. But Lin has reportedly signed up to do the pilot.
This is Lin’s first formal project since announcing he was no longer going to be involved with the “Fast & Furious” franchise he is credited with reinvigorating.
The legendary Bruce Lee passed away 40 years ago this month at the age of 32.
