For the first time, Dwight Howard is publicly commenting on Jeremy Lin.
Houston Rocket General Manager Daryl Morey has said Howard wants to play with Lin.
Now Howard is saying it himself.
The Bleacher Report quotes Howard as saying “…[Asik] and Jeremy Lin will be very good playing with me. I’m going to do whatever I can to make those guys’ lives better. I realize how much they mean to this team.”
Maxwell Ogden of the Bleacher Report believes in many ways that Lin is victimized by the hype surrounding him.
His play has not reached the level of insanity during the magical stretch with the New York Knicks before he got injured.
Fans have been critical. But a closer look at the numbers show Lin is not deserving of that criticism.
What do you think? How do you evaluate Lin’s play?
