The Asian American International Film Festival opens in New York this Wednesday with the New York premier of Linsanity.
The film by Evan Jackson Leong is without the doubt the most intimate look at Jeremy Lin ever produced. Leong began following Lin long before Linsanity erupted onto the national stage.
Other highlights of AAIFF which runs through August 3 is a short film program featuring a screening of “Keye Luke,” the actor best known for playing Kato in the Green Hornet in the 1940’s and Charlie Chan’s number 1 son. The film stars Feodor Chin, Archie Kao, Kelvin Han Yee, Jolene Kim, Britt Prentice, David Huynh, Elaine Kao, Burl Moseley, Robert Factor, Becky Wu, Hedy Wong, Elizabeth Sandy, Mei Melancon, Ina-Alice Kopp, Chadd Stoops, Jessika Van, Jennifer Field and Narisa Suzuki.
