An enthusiastic crowd of fans greeted Houston Rocket point guard Jeremy Lin at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport this morning, reports Focus Taiwan.
Lin will be on the island until August 21 making promotional appearances for his sponsors, taking part in an evangelical meeting and holding a basketball camp with fellow Rocket and friend, Chandler Parsons.
Fans reportedly shouted “Jeremy Lin, I love you,” and the endearing Lin responded in Mandarin, “Thank you, all of you.”
Lin shook hands and passed out mini-basketballs.
