Jin is the first Chinese American rapper to sign with a major record label, but things went sour when his first release didn’t do as well as expected.
Now Jin is hoping to make a comeback. He’s still rapping, but his message is different.
Jin is now rapping about Jesus Christ, reports the Gospel Herald.
“I pray for God to use the music more in any way that He can to speak to listeners, talk to sinners’ hearts, and if He can get to the point of transforming lives, praise God, that’s amazing,” he told the Christian Post.
Jin dismisses those who are critical of his turn toward Christianity.
