A man opened fire at a Hmong New Year’s Festival in Tulsa, OK Saturday night, injuring 5 people, reports CNN.
None of the injuries are be believed to be life threatening, but they are serious, nonetheless.
“One of the individuals will probably lose his lower leg,” said Tulsa Police Capt. Mike Williams.
The shooter has been arrested. A police helicopter was flying over the area at the time and spotted the suspect escaping in a car, throwing out his clothes and gun as he sped away.
Police say 19-year-old Ming Mee, was the shooter. He was arrested along with the driver, 21-year-old Boon Mee.
