A dating website has released data from its analysis of interaction among more than two million site users and has found that Asian women are the most popular among men of all nationalities except one, Asian American men, reports USA Today.
The site AYI.com looked at dating preferences among whites, blacks, Asians, and Hispanics.
“The big thing we’re learning is the difference between stated preference and actual behavior, and that’s a big deal both as a business
and someone interested in human behavior,” said Josh Fischer of AYI.
Most Asian Americans probably wouldn’t be surprised about the popularity of Asian American women and that Asian women prefer men of a different race.
Remember this is online dating and most Asians wouldn’t go to an online dating site to find other Asians unless the site specifically targeted Asians.
What may be somewhat of a surprise is that Asian men go on the site to look for Hispanic women. I personally only know of a handful Asian-Hispanic biracial relationships.
