Boston Police say a new American citizen was struck and killed by a truck and then dragged three miles to her death, reports NDTV.
The suspect, 22-year old Moses Acloque, apparently got into an argument with Kanchanben Patel and her husband over the suspected illegal use of a hotel room.
The couple who worked at the Arbor Inn Motel had just become American citizens.
The husband was also hit by the truck but not seriously hurt.
Acloque pled not guilty and was ordered held on $3,000 bail. He has no prior criminal record.
