The Hindustan Times reports that Neeraj Sahai from Citigroup has been named president of Standard & Poors.
He is the second Indian American to lead the company, which ranks the financial health of both corporations and nations.
Also this week, Workday Inc, which provides cloud applications for global human resources and finance, announced Yahoo founder Jerry Yang has joined Workday’s board of directors.
“In many ways Jerry Yang is synonymous with the Internet and the way we engage with it both from a consumer and enterprise perspective, and we are fortunate to benefit from that wisdom,” said Aneel Bhusri, chairman, co-founder, and co-CEO, Workday.
