You can buy all of Detroit Chinatown for a half a million dollars, reports Curbed.
Chinatown in Detroit apparently consists entirely of two vacant buildings. Both are across the street from each other.
One of the buildings has been vacant for 14 years and once housed a Chinese restaurant.
It’s selling for $250.000.
So is the building right across the street from it.
Hey, if you buy it, you could elect yourself mayor of Chinatown.
You don’t have to buy an election, you just need to buy Chinatown.
You can read a fuller description of the buildings up for sale and see updated photos in Curbed.
