SF Chronicle: Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow Not letting prison keep him down

Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow Raymond Shrimp Boy Chow has always lived a high profile life (photo via Facebook).

That hasn’t ended just because he’s in prison.

The reputed gangster who’s awaiting trial on federal racketeering charges took part in a panel discussion held at UC Berkeley recently, reports Matier and Ross in the San Francisco Chronicle.

Chow also answered a few questions via phone from attendees. He did not discuss the criminal charges against him.

This is the second high profile “appearance” by Chow since his arrest.

He also managed to post a picture of himself on Facebook and profess his innocence shortly after his arrest.

The panel at the Logan Symposium on Investigative Journalism was moderated by PBS “Frontline” producer Lowell Bergman.

Why would Bergman invite Chow? You can read about that in the San Francisco Chronicle.
