Huffington Post: Asian Americans & Hispanics show strong home buying power

For Sale real estate The Huff Post reports Asian Americans and Hispanics will have an unprecedented positive impact on the housing market in the coming years.

Asian Americans make up about 5 percent of the US population, but 7 percent of approved mortgage applications, according to Zillow Research.

The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals predicts Hispanics will comprise half of all US home buyers over the next six years.

Asian Americans are also no longer clustered just on the West Coast. They are gaining a strong presence in Chicago, Boston, Houston, New York, Seattle, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia.
