Atlanta Journal Constitution: Sung Kang premiers in new TV series, Gang Related

Actor Sung Kang of Fast & Furious fame appeared in the premier of the new Fox series, Gang Related, tonight.
The former Atlanta area resident talked to the Atlanta Journal Constitution about his supporting role on the ensemble cast.

Kang plays Tae Kim of the Los Angeles Police Department’s gang task force.

In tonight’s episode, hints of a dark past and a high threshold for pain emerge.

He says more about his past will surface in episode 7.

Kang describes Gang Related as “a mix between a procedural and The Wire.”
