Early reaction to the portrayal of Arab Americans on the new FX show Tyrants is not good, reports KPCC.
The show which premiered last night has been blasted on social media as “season’s worth of racist stereotypes and Orientalist images in 1 episode.”

The Muslim Public Affairs Council, which consulted on the show, said that “future episodes of the series will present more positive representations of Muslims.”
