Zelda was responding to Photoshop images of her father posted onto her accounts by two internet trolls, according to Gawker.
She initially urged her followers to help her report the trolls.
“Please report @PimpStory @MrGoosebuster. I’m shaking. I can’t. Please. Twitter requires a link and I won’t open it. Don’t either. Please.”
That post has since been deleted and the accounts of the internet trolls suspended.
This is the last post on Zelda’s Twitter account:
I’m sorry. I should’ve risen above. Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye.

She also made reference to this incident on her Tumblir account.
“As for those who are sending negativity, know that some small, giggling part of him is sending a flock of pigeons to your house to poop on your car. Right after you’ve had it washed. After all, he loved to laugh too.”
She talked about her last time together with her father. It was his birthday “sharing gifts and laughter.”
“He was always warm even in his darkest moments. While I’ll never ever understand how he could be loved so deeply and not find in his heart to stay, there’s minor comfort knowing in our grief and loss, in some small way, is shared with millions. It doesn’t help the pain, but at least its a burden countless others now know we carry, and so many have helped lighten the load. Thank you for that.”
