Nathan Adrian defeated a field of seven US Olympian swimmers, including 5 gold medalists, to win the 100 meter National Championship in Irvine, CA earlier this month, reports NBC Universal Sports (photo from NathanAdrian.com).
It was the sixth national title in seven years for the UC Berkeley alum whose mother is Chinese and born in Hong Kong.
