Jared Young was in the audience in Utah at a Lea Salonga concert when the actress asked an audience member on stage to sing her hit, A Whole New World, with her.
“When she asked the audience for a volunteer… I managed to start screaming ‘LEA, PICK ME!!’ She chose me and I ran onstage out of breath and still a bit shocked at what was about to happen. We bantered a bit about my excitement then she handed me a lyric sheet and we began,” he told Yahoo.
The video the Samoan-white singer posted on You Tube has generated 100,000 views in just two days and 1.3 million overall.
It continues to be shared and has a steady stream of views since being posted.
