A breakdown by the Pew Research Center finds most of the 5.8 million undocumented immigrants who won’t benefit from Obama’s immigration reform are unmarried and relative newcomers, reports KPCC (graphic from Pew Research Center).
Pew found most also don’t have US-born children and are likely not to come from Mexico.
Undocumented immigrants in California are more likely to be eligible for deportation relief than those from New York.
