Former President of the Japanese American Citizens League Floyd Mori has released his new book, the Japanese American Story, reports Rafu Shimpo.
The book is a collection of his speeches and articles collected primarily during his years as president of the JACL from 2000 – 2004 and as executive director from 2006 – 2012.
Mori was born in Utah in 1939, served two years in a Mormon mission during his college years and became one of the first two Japanese Americans to be elected to the California State Assembly in 1975.
