Four people have been arrested in a series of home invasion robberies hitting South Asian American families in New Jersey and four other states, reports the NY Times.
The four suspects from Texas are also believed to have robbed families in New York, Michigan, Georgia and Texas.
The arrests were made in Texas and police suggested more arrests could be made in this case.
“We are all very, very relieved that this episode has come to a conclusion,” said Satish Poondi, a legal adviser for New Jersey’s Indian Business Association.
You can hear from one of the victims in the report below from CBS New York.
