Sitting on the bench has apparently changed Kobe Bryant’s perspective.
After sitting out three games for some much needed rest and hearing team mates criticize him for not sharing the ball, Bryant returned and became more of a facilitator, reports Lakers Nation.
Bryant took ten shots the entire game and just one in the fourth quarter. He scored 10 points in 32 minutes of play, but had a team high 7 assists and tied for the team lead with 8 rebounds.
Jeremy Lin had one of his biggest games scoring 19 points and going 8 for 11 from the field in 26 minutes of play. He was particularly effective leading the fast break. Nick Young had a team high 21 points.
After the game, Lin complimented Bryant for sharing the ball. You can hear his comments in the clip below.
