CAPAL internshipsCAPAL’s 2015 Federal Internship Program and Public Service Scholarship Program was formed to provide minority students, particularly Asian Americans and Pacific Islander students, an opportunity to gain exposure to government and public service, and to receive funding for summer internships. We strive to bring together a diverse class of interns and scholars and hope you will encourage students at your institution to apply for our program.

CAPAL places students in internships within the federal government in Washington, DC. Opportunities in regional offices, including California, Texas, and Wisconsin, may be possible. Depending on interests and placement, intern duties vary and may include policy or scientific research, project coordination and management, business, law, communication, and more.
