The attorney for Alexian Lien, the man beaten by a group of motorcyclists in New York last year, has released new graphic video of the incident, reports the Gothamist.
The video which is of higher quality than ones previously seen, shows the mob dragging Lien out of his SUV and then stomping on him.
Lien’s wife, Rosalyn Ng, testified that the couple became annoyed when the motorcyclists slowed traffic on the highway while doing wheelies and other stunts. Ng admits tossing a half eaten plum and later a water bottle at the bikers.
Wojciech Braszczok and co-defendant Robert Sims are currently on trial in the case.
